Nov 3rd 2010 8:22AM I actually know two people in college who pose as nude models. One male, one female. Both are perfectly comfortable with themselves and the male is a stick and the woman has very pretty curves.

My roommate is a BFA Studio Art major and she loves when the nude model comes in. It is such a challenge for her and she feels like she needs to do them justice by capturing them how they are.

If you are comfortable with your body and want to do this, by all means! I know I am that comfortable, but I openly admit that lol.

May 5th 2010 12:46PM So she's doing what most 17 year olds are doing- exploring her sexuality. Men are openly allowed to be sexy and nearly nude at 17 (Taylor Lautner for example) but when a woman does it, she's told she's too young and needs to put clothes back on. She's 17! She's legal in 38 states.

Fwiw I think this is a terrible song, but I don't find anything wrong with it or the video.

May 5th 2010 12:43PM I agree. Good job Billy Ray for having what seems to be a very down to earth daughter despite all of her fame. You don't see her going to wild parties until three in the morning, having kids, or openly being drunk and high in public.

Apr 12th 2010 12:17PM K, I don't know if you read the whole article or not, but she ALWAYS drinks. When someone who is known to drink refuses, it raises suspicions. When my mom was undergoing chemo and didn't want anyone to know, and she didn't drink alcohol. Then at a Christmas dinner with her work, she refused some wine and everyone instantly turned and was silent. Yes, it happens! It's not just "paranoid drunk talk".

I am the exact opposite, I NEVER drink. Then when I once asked for a beer, the entire room turned and looked at me in awe. When you're around a group of people close to you and you do something VERY out of the ordinary then everyone notices.

You just must not have anyone close to you K. That's sad :(

Mar 19th 2010 9:19AM Well, in some Greek-heavy campuses it IS very difficult to find friends outside the Greek system. It's just how it is. Not at my particular school, but at some small Greek schools.

And yes, once you've already wasted a year or so in the Greek system, and then attempt to live in the dorms, it is diffcult to make friends as friendships had already been established freshmen year. It is just very difficult to find a niche when they've already been set.

Jan 16th 2010 11:27PM I thought the same thing. I'm Hispanic engaged to a multiracial (white/Native American) man and have a very mixed group of friends from all over the color spectrum. Why must there be race in everything?! They are humans vs. aliens. I think ranting articles such as this reflect more of the racism/politics of the author than of the movie itself.

What about the fact that white people are almost always the villians too? Isn't that "racist"? Or does the racism only go one way?

In this day and age, there should be no such thing as an accidental baby between spouses. If you don't want kids, don't get yourself knocked up. Those "sad people" should have gotten a vasectomy or their tubes tied if they didn't want kids.

This author is right. My generation has grown up incredibly spoiled and sheltered at I can't believe the simple problems that my classmates at my university can't handle on their own. Mommy and daddy still fix all of Susy and Bobby's problems even though they are now in their early 20s. My parents stopped handling my problems when I was in middle school and I haven't had to call and ask them a single question now that I'm at college. I saw my parents fight, and I saw them work out their issues. Therefore, I learned how to fight my own battles. Because of this, I have been in the most stable relationship of anyone I know, either my age or my parent's age.
