I travel for work and have to pay for the expenses myself. So I look for the very best deals. Consistently, they are on carrental.com and hotwire.com. Start there instead! Then go to priceline and bid, if nothing is good.

Jan 9th 2011 7:11PM I can't believe under costs that you skipped the lifetime supplements and vitamins that everyone who has the surgery has to take, the additional health risks- especially long term- that the surgery produces, and the fact that expected length of life rates are less for those who have the surgery than for those who don't, even if they don't lose the weight.
I'm glad to see that people at least explain this in the comments. The surgery is much more dangerous than advertised, and the life long side effects are intense.

U can train a cat 2 eat wet, mix a little in the dry, slowly mixing more in every week, etc. It make a difference in the weight too. The dry foods have a lot of carbohydrates, but the cat can't really digest them well, and they raise his blood sugar. Look at the dry- most have wheat, corn, and rice as the most common ingredients, none of which the cat needs- or can really eat!
In fact the article mentions the vegetarian thing, but keep in mind, the cat does not need any veggies or fruits in a healthy diet. When they advertise it, it's because it appeals to U, as a balanced meal, not because it's healthy for your cat!!

Jan 3rd 2011 12:22PM I had a problem with babies ending up obese and sick, and was blaming parents 100%, until a friend showed me something that shocked me- All the cans of baby formula contained High Fructose Corn Syrup and sugar. And not just a little, 50-60%, one even had almost 80%!! We couldn't find a single one that was sugar and HFCS free!! While parents need to do better, the producers need to take some responsibility too, for passing this off as healthy baby food!!!

Many conditions can cause weight gain in much much bigger numbers than that, and many prevent weight loss!! How about a basic, common one like hypothyroidism? Untreated, it can cause continual weight gain of several, even many pounds per month!
