Jun 2nd 2010 8:06PM Yep - it will happen again. I had an experiene very much like the writer except that I found out - he didn't tell me. We went through all the same emotions and he promised to love and cherish forever. The first Christmas after tht we went to Paris for ten days - it was magical. Six years later it started up again (with someone else) and we divorced. Now I am wondering if there was just one when I found out or whether there were others. Also, were thare others after our reconciliation that I was not aware of. He was able to compartmentalize extremely well.

Jun 2nd 2010 3:59PM For my 50th birthday on a Sunday, my husband got up and decided to paint our fence. He hates to paint! That took all day. Around 7:00 he asked me what I wanted to do. We ended up getting takeout from a local cafe. He is now an ex-husband. I still cry thinking about it.

May 1st 2010 1:16AM It was not clear to me in the article where she says she has chives for cooking and chives for the flowers. Does this mean you cannot use the chives that flower for cooking? Or in reverse, that if you just want chives for cooking, you should cut off their flowers?

Apr 23rd 2010 3:10PM I was going to ask the same question. Most of my garden faces north. I have tried all of these at one time and nothing lasts. I live in Southern California at the beach, so I would think at least some of these would work, but not the case. Any ideas about what might work?
