Oct 1st 2009 2:47PM I live in Moreno Valley, CA; and they do give tickets here as they do in every major city in the U.S. now. They do have checkpoints for people drinking and driving and they do put them in jail. Cell phone use is just a ticket not a jailable offense unless you are severing in traffic and they see you doing this.

Sep 16th 2009 5:20PM I went to K-Mart recently and it's true that there is not that many people in the store. I still go there to buy clothes. I wish that Walmart would bring back their lay-a-way program again. Martha Stewart needs to stop knocking her own products after all she had to approve the final materials that the products are made of.

Sep 11th 2009 4:06PM I'm sorry that she has to go through this but, she knew that she had no license when she got behind the wheel. I wish her all the best with all of her children. She won't be the first nor the last women to do this. The law is the law and it's there to protect everyone. Kylie will get her child back when she gets out of jail and I know she will learn something from this. Kylie will miss all of her 10 children. Kylie needs to have her tubes tied after this 10th child. I only had 3 children myself and they are all grown but, I would have loved to have more. They didn't turn out so good so I think it was for the best that I had only 3. I thank God for them everyday.
