3. Banish double chins.
Relax your trapezius muscles, pull your shoulders back, consciously extend your neck and point your chin outward and slightly downward as if you're holding a softball under your chin. This will also fix unsightly neck wrinkles. (Note: This is NOT equivalent to "Arch your back as hard as you can and aim your rack at the camera.")
This may feel unnatural, but try it out next time you're gazing at yourself in a mirror (which, if you're anything like me, should be within the next few minutes) and you'll see that I'm right.
