Facebook has gone through a few changes over the past year, but the social networking site just gave your profile a huge makeover, in am aim to make it even easier to tell people who you are.The new layout, which Facebook head honcho Mark Zuckerberg officially announced on this week's "60 Minutes," gives your friends a quick bio on you and displays the most recent five photos you've been tagged in. Since not every Facebook friend is really your friend (as Jimmy Kimmel pointed out a few weeks ago), you'll have the opportunity to highlight your closest friends on your profile as well as feature family members -- if you're cool with friending your mom. Sports fans will also be happy to know that you can show your team colors loud and proud on the new sports feature, and polyglots can brag about all the languages they speak.

I like it, cos it opens up an opportunity for mischief. Since it displays the 5 most recently tagged pictures underneath your "bio" and next to your profile pic, I spelt out obscene things by making individual pics of letters then tagging them in reverse order, eg S I N E P or Y L G U

I like the new layout but I am still wondering why Facebook hasn't given us the option to add layouts and music to our profiles. At least there's the PageRage app for that, works pretty well.

i think the new layout is awful. i liked the old one a lot better.
but, as with all the other layout changes, i'm sure people that dislike it will eventually get used to it. i just wish there was a way to go back to the old layout since i don't like the new one right now.
