Feeling busier than ever as you try to juggle your career, social engagements, family life and friendships? Then you're probably around 33 years old.

According to the Daily Mail, a new survey has pinpointed 33 as the age when we struggle most to balance all of the different aspects of our lives and to cram as much as we can into each day. For a third of the 33-year-old women surveyed, this boils down to an average of five hours' sleep a night, and over 38 hours a week in the office for another two-thirds.

With their schedules so jam-packed, the average 33-year-old only gets an hour a day to do something she enjoys, while one in five don't have time to socialize at all.

The bright side? Um, there isn't one, really. According to the survey, things don't start to improve until we're 55, and even then we still spend an average of 30 hours a week in the office and have less than an hour and a half a day to pursue what we love. Hey, makes sense. Jesus seemed pretty busy.
