There's nothing like feeling as if you're getting away with something, even if all you're doing is ordering something that's not listed on the menu at the drive-thru. Frito pie from Sonic? Score. Wet fries from Arby's? Awesome. Asking the pimply-faced teenager at McDonald's for a "McGangBang"? Hilarious. So here, with help from the infographic folks at MedicalInsurance.org., we present to you a handy guide to secret fast-food fare. Check it out, then go get yourself a Flying Dutchman.Click the image for larger version

Also, the PattyO at Starbucks. Orange juice to the Venti line in the blender. 2 pumps of white mocha. 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder. And it's essentially an Orange Julius.

No - no! Wet fries are not fries with cheese - long ago in California a drive in offered french fries topped with their famous chicken gravy! I was called Henry's Drive in, on Colorado Blvd, at the curve in Arcadia, Calif. A Famous hang out - not cheese, Good God...ick. Try them with Chicken Gravy!!

I also remember these gravy-covered fries from a small-town Ohio diner. Huge plateful for 35 cents...that was livin'.

In-N-Out
Double single.... Yum...
Double meat with only one slice of cheeze.
A perfect combo.
I'll take mine with mustard and pickle added!
Thank You!

Something tells me that those "pimply-faced teenagers" working at these restaurants will have no idea what you're talking about 90% of the time, if you order one of those items...

Hah agreed. Either that, or I'd be afraid they'd do something to my food if I ordered something that made them put out anything more than mediocre effort...yikes.

Yeah, I've worked for Wendy's for almost 4 years and I can tell you I've never hear of either of those. Plus we haven't had ham for about three years now. I wonder how they got their information?

Everything mentioned sounds like it would sit in one's stomach like a big blob of dirt. Rabbit food (salad) would be much better. Put the proper dressing on it and chow down.

the only thing i can think of is these poor restaurant managers trying to corral their inventory, with all this specialized offerings. how does a vegi wopper get rung into the system? as a regular one? there goes that accurate count. do the customers who ask for this special item, offer to pay a different price accordingly? i mean, keeping proper track of all your thousands of items on a day in day out basis is not the easiest thing..... i'm all for pleasing the customer,, but someones got to balance the act.

The Veggie Whopper gets rung up differently and it is cheaper than a Whopper. I used to order them all the time until BK started offering Veggie Patties. I still order them, but not as often.
