This is not Jason MooreIt would be cute if it weren't so ... illegal.

A Florida cop thought the only way to win back a fellow officer's heart was to report a false crime so he could meet up with her. Awwww. And also: creepy.

Officer Jason Moore, 26, was still in love with his ex-girlfriend, Officer Chelsea Berden, and figured the only opportunity to reconcile with her was to trick her via some "Police Academy"–esque hijinks. A pair of dispatchers went along with the little scheme and put out a fake bulletin about a suspicious person looking into car windows at a shopping mall, where Jason was waiting to greet his lost, ladycop love.

Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), they accidentally dispatched the call to several units, rather than just Berden's, and four responded. Whooooooops!

All three have been fired for falsifying a report, and one of the dispatchers is in extra trouble for making up a false description. Word of advice -- next time just stand outside her window and blast Peter Gabriel, dude. That works great for stalker-y types.
