Remember McNuggetini, the hilarious YouTube video that introduced the world to the insane fast food cocktail? Well, its genius inventors are back with a hilarious Web series on Food2, Drinks With Alie and Georgia. Luckily we got to hang out with them for a few minutes (while we still can!).

Alie (Ward) and Georgia (Hardstark) met a few years ago through friends at a bar in Los Angeles, but Georgia was just visiting from San Francisco. When she decided to move to Southern California, she was petrified by the idea of having to make new girlfriends (something Lemondrop ladies can relate to), and decided to MySpace Alie. The rest is history.

The two found they had a mutual love of making cocktails, vintage clothing and comfort food, but it wasn't until about a year later that they decided to do something about it.

Alie was working long hours and would go home at night, hungry but wanting to hang out with her friends. She and Georgia started joking around about getting their dinner and drinks in the same glass, came up with a few recipes, and on a lark, asked two friends to film them doing a kooky how-to video of their favorite recipes. And that's when they went viral.

"We didn't realize we were hitting certain nerves," Alie said. "We just wanted to put on our best dresses and film ourselves being silly." But they certainly tapped into something relatable, because who hasn't come home slightly tipsy and insisted that it was time to make pesto at 3 a.m.?

Their retro look isn't a specific style choice or an homage to "Mad Men," they insist -- it's just the way they dress. ("Vintage dresses are $30," Georgia explains.)

We asked how they keep up their very polished vintage looks after making multiple drinks on camera, and they laughed. Alie noted, "I have to make Georgia bring a pair of flats, like a mom insisting her child bring a jacket, because after a few drinks, she starts complaining about her high heels."

We wondered how the show, which started this past Monday, Sept. 13, will be different from their insanely popular YouTube videos. "All the drinks are much more palatable now," Alie told us, "because we actually have to test them beforehand."

They were offered six episodes at first, but pitched so many amazing ideas that they were given 12 instead, with lots of ideas to spare. The only things the network passed on were "Tuna Noodle Casserole in a Glass" and an innuendo-filled bubblegum-based drink that you'll have to imagine for yourself. (When asked about the most disgusting thing they've ever come up with, they admit that's probably the one.) Coming up in this season, you can expect to see zombie-themed drinks, drinks with melon balls wrapped in prosciutto, and the yummy-sounding Peanut Butter and Jealous.

The girls celebrated the premiere of their show with a live how-to demonstration of how to make the Peanut Butter and Jealous (with free samples!) at the bar where they first met. We asked if they wanted to start a "barstaurant" one day, and though they think it's a good idea, for now they'll settle on becoming hip Martha Stewarts, experts in drinking, eating and just generally enjoying their very cool selves.

Alie and Georgia had a busy day when we spoke, and as they giggled about buying industrial-size jars of peanut butter, we find that we're wishing we were going with them to the store. Such is their charm. Guess the rest of us will have to get our fix by watching their show on Food2.

Well, we did also invite them over to the Lemondrop offices to whip up a little mid-afternoon cocktail.

Below they demonstrate how to make their "Hari Kari Me Home," aka, drinkable sushi!
