Believe it or not, there was a time in the not-too-distant past when Zach Galifianakis was neither chubby nor beardy. (We don't want to believe it either -- who would want to live in such a world?)

Baby Galifianakis hosted a late-night talk show on ye olde VH1 for about five minutes called "Late World With Zach" and began each episode with a monologue at the piano.
