The fact that these pretzels aren't soft and warm and from South Philly at three in the morning and sitting right next to a gigantic container of mustard makes us think that maybe we should just call them funny-looking crackers -- which pretty much clues you into how we feel about their slogan, "You can never be too thin." Ummmmm, unless you're at least one inch of doughy goodness, we say you can be too thin, Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps. Oh, and also thanks for creating an eating disorder uproar on the internet.
But that's just our humble, butter-loving opinion. What do you think: Does this ad send a dangerous message to the types who scoop out their bagels for fun?

We appreciate the feedback received from bloggers and are now going in a new direction with our ad campaign. The "You can never be too thin" ads are being removed and replaced. The ironic thing is that we want people to eat. Our website and Facebook page are all about eating. We in no way advocate unhealthy weight loss or want to promote a bad body image. Thanks again, and our apologies for any offense caused. - Perry at Pretzel Crisps
