RIP Harvey PekarOrange soda pop lover and comic book genius Harvey Pekar passed away today at age 70. Harvey was best known for his long-running comic "American Splendor" -- or, if you don't follow comics, the biographical movie with same title. If you don't like Paul Giamatti either, he also did a bunch of famously tense Letterman interviews and was a prolific jazz critic. A cause of death has not yet been released, but Pekar was reportedly suffering from prostate cancer. He -- and his particular brand of sass -- will be much missed. (Cleveland.com)
