In the wake of a zillion teen comedies about slutty girls and guys having heaps of sex (the "American Pie" franchise ring a bell?) comes a new teen movie -- about a girl who doesn't do it. In the new film "Easy A," directed by Will Gluck, Emma Stone stars as Olive, a kindly Virginity Angel, who pretends to sleep with the nerds and gay boys at her school so people will think they're studs. Of course, this doesn't end well for poor Olive, who's increasingly vilified like Hester Prynne. "I always thought pretending to lose my virginity would be a little more special," says Olive. "Judy Blume should have prepared me for that."
A movie with "Scarlet Letter" and Judy Blume references? We'll be seeing that. Enjoy!

There's nothin funny about teen sex. You shouldn't call movies about teens and sex "comedies."
