Forget eradicating unwanted puckering from cellulite on your nether cheeks. The latest in must-have cosmetic surgery enhancements is the dimpleplasty, a 10-minute outpatient procedure that involves making a slight incision on the inside of the mouth under local anesthesia. And it's equally popular with guys as it is with girls, although men seem to prefer dimpling their chins over their cheeks. So now you, too, can sport a cute set of dents -- as long as you're willing to part with $2,000–$5,000. Smile!Jun 4th 2010 By Liz Ozaist

Yikes.... The next thing will be mole implants .... now you can have a "beauty mark" on your face for a mere $3000. Sheesh .... this is crazy.
So is the invasion of your privacy right here on this message board. Do you know you have a "profile ... and that it was created when you first signed on to any AOL board. You thought providing your Email was for "confirmation" ... they lied to you. It was to set up a "profile" and to archive all your comments from any and all AOL sites. Only AOL does this.
Click onto your name here and see what you find.
Try it. WOW .... isn't that neat?. There's your "profile'. I'll bet you didn't know it was there.
That profile was created the first time you signed on to ANY comment board on AOL ... and there are almost a hundred of them, including this one. It's linked to your EMail address . Permanently.
Now look at the nice archives of EVERY comment you've ever made, right there on your profile. To be seen by anyone who clicks onto it.
AOL never even warned you a "profile" was being made. Only that your comment had been "verified". AOL apparently thinks "verify" or "confirm" means "set up unauthorized profile". Sneaky sneaky
Oh yes. If you have an unusual name, your profile may be picked up by Google Search and you'll be all over the World Wide Web as an independent link. Instant fame?
Nasty Nasty ....

I have one in my chin and let me tell you, it is a pain! Difficult to shave, have to go with a razor up and down on both sides until its red. Electric shavers don't work. Say, anybody want to buy mine? $2,500.00. It is a quarter inch long. Seems fair.

A dimple is any sort of indentation; most people use the term to refer specifically to indentations in the skin of people, particularly on the cheeks. Dimpled cheeks are considered attractive in many cultures, and it should be fairly easy to find someone with dimples in your neighborhood, since dimples are a genetic trait. Most dimples are actually caused by a birth defect, which just goes to show you that not all “malformations” are actually bad.

I have dimples naturally and everyone loves them. Why would you want to buy something you have naturally? Everyone who knows you would know they are fake. If you have dimples they are something you have had all your life not just over night.

No one is happy with how they look because ugly people want to have children so we get a whole bunch of uggs that keep the plastic surgery in biz. Be yourself stop trying to be someone else. Stop trying to look like someone and look like yourself if your unhappy ugly or whatever then it's up to you to be the best at what you got.

WOW, 2-$5000 for dimples! What a money maker for a plastic surgeon. A guy could really like doing that proceedure, and it takes only 5 minutes! This give new meaning to a "quick" buck! This is almost as bad as those speeding cameras in Arizona where you never can see the speed limit signs and they send you a $200 speeding ticket. STAY OUT OF ARIZONA if your driving! Its all about money, not safety.

why do people like dimples so much any way? and there are plenty of attractive people who don't have dimples. can't wait to see what the next crazy plastic surgery trend will be. prob'ly "ear re-shaping". every one will want to rush right out and get the perfect "shell-like ears". that'll be the next trend....

I want a pretty woman. Pretty yes, but pretty because her looks are natural, not because a doctor sculpted a pretty face and built a nice body. I already think I should check birth records, -- just to make sure she was born a female.
