Sometimes (most of the time) some of us here at the 'drop are not huge fans of children. But occasionally the little Dickenses redeem themselves by doing something so awesomely sweet and good that even we have to clap them on their tiny backs and clasp our ovaries in adoration. Like this video of students from P.S. 22 in New York, which shows you what happens when indie rockers grow up to become elementary music teachers – and features a bunch of cute-as-pie-and-not-at-all-annoying children sing Phoenix's hit track "Lisztomania."
Trust us, if you don't fall in love with this you're kind of dead inside. (And somebody please send this to Phoenix's Thomas Mars so these kids can open for them the next time they're in town!) Enjoy!

Just because you don't fall head first in love with these kids doesn't mean you're a bad person and it definitely doesn't mean you're a bad woman. I personally love kids but this performance was lukewarm for me. Maybe if I saw my own nephews perform it.... haha - you know what - I didn't really like the song. That might be it. Or maybe its because I adore babies more than watching theadolescent stage.

Why do people say such silly things as that people's ovaries should melt because some kids can sing. I am not saying they're bad singers, but I've heard talented kids sing before (children who sing just as well if not better, and who can attempt more complicated harmonies), and this really didn't do it for me. And for those who say that people who weren't moved should lose the inability to have children, I have a child, and this did not help in the desire to have another one. It's kids, they can sing, so what? It's not that heartwarming that I want to go out and have a child. It's not heartwarming. It wore on my nerves a little before it was over. I'm not dead inside just because I don't ooh and aah over children.

It was very sweet, but I'm not exactly seeing how its supposed to make us want kids? Strange title to give it.

WOW! As a parent, I'm impressed with the students & and teacher. They were awesome! The kids were so into the music, and the teacher must really care about the music and the kids to be able to pull this off.

I think all of the "BEARIN PEOPLE" should not comment!!! Anything a child does that does not involve shoothing , sexting, or being disrespectful is all good in my eyes. If you do not find these kids adorable you must be one of the people who cannot have kids of your own SORRY!!! Take it our on GOD or yourself. Stop saying negative things about children because you feel less than a woman or man!!!

Not just garden variety "kids". Obviously some type of musical academy, or heads-a-bobbin organization. Any one with real kids knows this.

Sorry but, I have two teen girls who are driving me nuts at the moment. So sure these pre-puberty kids are cute now but I know they can turn quickly. What I saw the most from this video is a great teacher. The kids.....well..... you can keep them.

Only a fool would want kids. Their just money mungers, germ infested, crapping mistakes.
Women are program by nature to be mothers.
Women need to learn to use that thing for their mans fun and pleasure and theirs too.
