The burning question: Will the "But I'm a one-name wonder!" defense work!?

Headline-hogging Lindsay Lohan just filed a $100 million lawsuit over an E-trade ad that ran during the Super Bowl -- and mentioned a woman with her first name.

In the commercial, one in a series starring babies who play the stock market, a "boy" apologizes to his "girlfriend" for not calling the night before, reports the New York Post.

"And that milk-aholic Lindsay wasn't over?" retorts his suspicious pint-size squeeze.

Smackdown! Linds's lawyer says her client has the same one-name recognition as Madonna and Oprah, and the company used her name and characterization without her consent. E-trade says, "Oh yeah? Well, their account team has an employee named Lindsay, and anyway, it's not exactly an out-of-the-ordinary baby name."

Now you get to play judge and jury: The video's after the jump.
