Cheri Oteri is Liza Life CoachCheri Oteri spent four days online becoming a certified life coach. "It was from 7 to 11 every day," she tells Lemondrop. "I thought it would be interesting to find out if it was bullsh** or if it was something I could be."

Unlike her fellow coaching classmates, the former SNL cast member did not put a picture up for the online seminars. "These were bright, articulate people," she remembers. "I felt bad since everybody was asking, 'Why doesn't Cheri put her picture up?'" She finally relented and posted a pic.

After some of her fellow students recognized her, she came clean about her true reason for becoming a certified life coach -- so she could play Liza in AMC's new series "Life Coach." The shorts are shown during the network's prime-time movies on Mondays, and are also up on Liza's official site. At her site, users can submit videos with their own problems and Liza will provide guidance via video reply.

We asked Cheri what life advice Liza had for Tiger Woods and Johnny Weir. Read on for Liza's Life Tips for Celebs.

LD: Does Tiger Woods need a life coach? What advice would Liza give him after all the recent craziness?
I, Cheri, want to note first that he needs a life coach. And I'd charge a lot and be with him a lot. I would coach him.

Liza would also say he needs a life coach. While life coaching doesn't have the same strict boundaries as other forms of therapy, I'm sure Liza would try to stretch those boundaries. She'd probably dress really provocatively to "tempt" him and to help him not sleep with women.

What would Liza tell figure skater Johnny Weir? How should he deal with coming in 6th in the Olympics while his big rival, Evan Lysacek, won the gold?

[Liza] would say in public you tolerate him [Lysacek], but you don't celebrate him. Try and hold it together in public. In private, go to the gym. I think Johnny should put his energy now into dress designing. He would be great at making dresses for women.

LD: Do you think Conan O'Brien needs a life coach?
You know? I don't think he does. I think he's making all of his decisions from the heart. His heart's a little hurt right now. Remember in [the movie about David Letterman and Jay Leno's late-night feud] "Night Shift" when they had the Jay Leno character hiding in the office? I think Conan needs to hide in Jay's office.

LD: What celebrity do you think needs a life coach the most right now?
Tiger really needs it right now more than anyone.
