Just came across your site, was intrigued and was about to be a big fan -- until I saw the title of this article. "Loose" instead of "Lose" pounds? You may want to edit your work-

If "Lose" was spelled correctly in the headline, this article - and by association, the diet plan - would seem more credible.

Just good marketing no substance.
I read the perfect 10 diet book after Michael Aziz MD’s appearance on the Doctors show also joined the face book page as suggested in the book. There’s nothing new here, eat whole foods and avoid the evil white carbs, stress management and exercise.
Dr. Aziz claims his technique of balancing hormones sets his book apart. Reality is, after less than three months of the publish date, he’s now selling Isagenix products a mlm scheme and has a chiropractor posting random nutritional information on face book for him. He also contradicts himself first by advising people to eat real food then selling weight-loss shakes.
If you want a sound, credible book look at Jorge Cruz’s the flat belly cure and the Mayo clinic diet. Dr. Oz has some good information out there too. Dr. Joseph Mercola has a long-standing credible history providing nutritional information as well.

Just good marketing no substance. Did she lose the weight by dieting or drinking Isagenix shakes? We’ll never know.
