We Lemondroppers really love our snack food, but the thought of consuming, say, a Periodic Table made out of Gummi bears never really occurred to us. At least, not until artist Kevin Van Aelst made it incredibly appetizing. Van Aelst also makes scientific art out of other mediums -- clothes, soap, measuring tape, etc. -- but it's the food that got us excited.
