Thus, we guiltily submit to today's amazing edition of Televation -- it's a makeover show meets "Toddlers and Tiaras." The second season of "Little Miss Perfect" airs tonight on WE, insane sparkle creature creator Michael Galanes has his work cut out for him with a sweet-faced rollergirl and a tired tot with fake teeth.
