Women lowball their gaming timeIf you are horribly ashamed of your video game habits, you are not alone. It turns out most women who play video games lie about their degree of awesomeness geekiness.

According to a study of online game "EverQuest II," girls who play log significantly more time gaming than their male counterparts (29 hours to 25). Granted, there were more guys who play than girls, but the chicks who do play tend to be more hardcore.

In addition to that fact, the women who play also tend to underestimate the actual amount of time they spend playing, whether this is because they don't want to seem like nerds or because they were so busy trying to level up that they lost track of time is unknown, although researchers suspect it's the former.

We say eff that noise. There's no reason to be ashamed to admit that a typical Monday night for you involves Fallout 2 and something that's been smothered in cheese sauce. In fact, some guys think that's hot -- not that you should care.
