The snooze button: one of the great inventions in history, in our opinion. Not ready to face the world yet? Just hit the button, and five or 10 more minutes of peace -- with no responsibility on your part. Finally, HitMeLater has had the great idea to apply this concept to email. Can't deal with one of your messages? Just forward the email to 24@hitmelater.com, and they'll send you the email again in a day. (Replace "24" with any lower number, and you'll get the e-mail in that number of hours.)

Is this an April Fools Joke for beginning the new year?
Will they tell us first of April (or January?),
" SURPRISE~!" ..."We were just kidding."
This sounds so unnecessary....
Do tell. What would be the advantage to this?
The only thing I can think of is for those like me who
have near 1000 pieces of mail and don't want any more
to come until some is cleared out....? Still....Get real.
What diff does it matter if it sits there unopened until
you can read it? Mine sits there sometimes for near a
month. Forget sending it away only to be sent
back to me later.....Allowing us to get unlimited mail in
our boxes would be more of an improvement....Ha....
Like the national debt....it would just keep piling up.....
Trillions and Trillions of mail in my box....to open and
read whenever I want.... HA.

So how do you know it's not important enough to read now?
Could it be from my stockbroker asking me if I want to sell
before I lose every last dime? He has to know now? Gee I hope
I didn't time this e mail to appear tomorrow.

I agree with almost everyone here. Just leave it as new & get to it tomorrow.

Are you serious? Just check your mail later. It'll still be there. The sad part is people will use this.

Was going to comment on this feature but then decided to hit the snooze button and comment later when I've gotten my rest and was ready to deal with it.
