When imagining the ideal location for a wedding ceremony, an airport terminal doesn't usually -- if ever -- come to mind. This weekend, however, Orlando natives Shawna Hodge and Cody Beckwith exchanged vows in a surprise ceremony at Tampa International in front of family, friends -- and hundreds of strangers.

Blame the snowstorm that descended on the mid-Atlantic and Northeast over the weekend. Shawna's soldier fiance was trapped in a Baltimore airport as inch after inch of snow caused delays and canceled flights, preventing him from getting to his own wedding in Orlando.

At midnight on Sunday, after hours of waiting, Cody finally descended a plane in Tampa. Waiting for him was his resilient bride-to-be still dressed in her wedding gown. With wedding party in tow -- and the romantic sounds of airport personnel in the background -- they said "I do" in an impromptu ceremony.

When it comes to a girl's wedding day, even a blizzard and the TSA can't stop it.

Here's the video of the touching ceremony. Enjoy!
