that's pretty creepy but I believe it, my roommate and I recently had neighbors that would open our kitchen window slide thier child though unlock the fron door and steal somethings while leaving others, they stole her camera not my laptop, my shoes and her piggy bank. its was wierd they finally got caught when they stold 200$ worth of grocies from the nieghbor on thier other side. and she called the cops, and thoughout the whole thing until my other nieghbor caught them my roommate maintained that my boyfreind and I were stealing her stuff

There is a movie a saw when I was younger about a homeless man living in a crawspace and would do the same and come out to eat when they were all asleep. The people found out and befriended the homeless person and tried to help him but the movie was full of suspense because it would lead you to believe the homeless man was going to rob kill or rape the younger child or something. And sometimes the homeless man would watch them while they dressed or slept. It was creepy but If I remember the man turned out to be good but creepy who did bad things in his past and was hard to trust. I forgot how it ended.

wow this is absolutely insane, and it makes you wonder what goes on in your house when you are not there. I have heard similar stories as well about intruders invading peoples homes. If something like this ever happens I would definately be prepared with my hidden camera, pepper spray, stun gun or other items because that is just plain creepy
