While we'll admit the "Planet Earth" series is amazing, with its majestic landscapes and extreme closeups, you just can't beat the hilarity of a conservationist getting his head humped by a nearly extinct parrot.Actor Stephen Fry and zoologist Mark Carwardine trekked through the forests of New Zealand to find one of the 125 known living kakapos, for the BBC series "Last Chance to See," and ... let's just say if Mark's head were a female kakapo he would be going above the call of duty for saving these birds.

This is also the same parrot that goes... boom boom boom sitting on the floor of the jungle all night long and mates every four years based on a blooming tree. It probably also tastes like chicken.
Big ol' snub to Darwin that it even exists.
