i don't understand the rush to condemn kate bosworth when IF this actually happened, it is CLEARLY chris martin at fault. he is married. she is single? he should be the one respecting his marriage vow and wife, NOT her. i can't believe you guys pulled the whole "she's a homewrecker" card. that is LAME LAME LAME.
also, being married doesn't mean someone owns another person. it means you are in a legally sanctioned relationship that may or may not be working out, and may or may not allow relationships outside of marriage.

I totally agree with Leslie's first paragraph, it is obviously Chris Martin who is in the wrong not the Bosworth.
Have to disagree with her second paragraph though, if it is not working end it, the only people worse than cheaters are pedophiles and rapists and murderers.

i would end it if things weren't working out, too. just it's possible they have some kind of unconventional arrangement, like they're taking a break or she's okay with him kissing people, maybe they're just not ready to call it quits. we just don't know from the outside. if he's cheating, you're right, there's no excuse.
