It's the Hair Wiz, a half-crazy, half-genius, 100 percent effing terrifying invention depicted in this here old-timey advertisement. The Hair Wiz is kind of the psychotic grandfather of the Bumpit. It's a comb that looks like birth control pills and, oh right, it's full of razors. Quick! Put it near somebody's head!
