Asylum was asking for it when they recently claimed that 40 percent of women can't keep secrets. According to their sources, the average amount of time a woman can keep a secret is 47 hours and 15 minutes.

Now, every gal is different when it comes to keeping confidences. Some of us do spill the beans on a regular basis, but not all of us are blabbermouths. And since guys seem to tout their ability to be secretive, we thought it would be useful to point out some women who have proven to be super secret keepers.

- Janet Jackson was secretly married for nearly a decade until she and Rene Elizondo divorced in 2000.

- Rapper Lil' Kim famously kept her lips sealed in court and was sent to the slammer for trying to protect her friend's involvement in a shooting case.

- Julia Child was one of several famous lady spies in WWII -- keeping secrets for the good guys.

- Actress Minnie Driver gave birth to a baby in September 2008, and to this day the babydaddy remains a mystery.
