Ah September, time to pack our swimsuits away and settle into a comforting cocoon of winter fat. But not according to Self magazine -- who just unleashed a series of four fall workout plans. Each plan has a distinct goal -- to get you in shape for a triathlon, sculpt totally rockin' abs, help you lose 8 lbs., or be in better shape in a week -- but all of them follow the same basic premise: Work out! Eat less! Do cardio! We hate ALL of that stuff. (Do not try to take our pecan pie away. Do. Not.) And we wondered if you had an equally hard time gearing up to get skinny.
So tell us, what part of getting in shape do you dread the most?

I totally don't mind exercising once you get into a routine. It feels so good to work out. If not while you are doing it, then definitely afterwards. I just feel accomplished and have a more upbeat attitude in general. How could you not love that feeling.
