A woman in Michigan is facing charges after tracking down the child she put up for adoption and having sex with him.Aimee Sword, 35, of Waterford Township, has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual misconduct for having sex with her now-teenage son. Parents who place their children in adoptive care are not supposed to contact them, although Sword used the Internet to track him down after putting him up for adoption 10 years ago.
Whether or not the boy knew Sword was his mom is not clear at this point. Sword's attorney says that she "maintains her presumption of innocence." Sword has since posted to her MySpace page about how the subject has made her feel close to Lil' Kim (um... what?) because "she rises during the worst of obstacles." For both of their sakes -- and for the purpose of keeping the pizza we had for lunch -- we hope the allegations are false.

This has got to be one of the weirdest stories ever. Is the kid at least a teenager...? I feel like I should be horrified & disgusted & enraged, but it's just so bizarre, some part of me won't accept that it could even be true.

How sick is that? Why would she destroy his life like that after searching for him. Really if she is that kind of person he is lucky that she gave him up for adoption and he was raised by other people who hopefully were decent respectable people.

Giving her son up for adoption was for him to be raised by a family unit who loved him . Why would someone invade,disrupt ,and commit such a hanious act on their own son . Incest at the least . Looks like prison time to me . And a lot of therapy along the way . Not just for the Mom ,how about a young man's life just hung out like dirty laundry for all to see and too hear. Or maybe civil commitment to keep alot of the young people safe .
