Sally Glover, the founder of Frugal Fashionista, says that this slouchy tank by T by Alexander Wang is the perfect piece for those transitional, between-seasons days when it's still too hot to cocoon yourself if in a chunky sweater. We were stumped on how to wear it, though. Enter our fashion expert Brian with some tips on how to pull this look off.
Brian says: This pocket tank has a slouchy, deconstructed look. In keeping with that vibe, pair the piece with casual, retro-'90s-inspired separates that enhance the modern-day hipster look of the tank. Start with a pair of skinny jeans, throw on a vest or distressed blazer, and finish it off with a pair of retro kicks. You can add a little glam factor with a statement necklace.

Dark skinny jeans like these by Chloe will offer a nice contrast to the voluminous and flowy nature of the tank. I particularly love this pair because they have great details, like a zippered ankle and button-down back placket that set it apart from the rest.
Layer a faded denim vest over the tank and jeans. I like this one by Current/Elliott. It's slightly faded for a worn-in, vintage feel.
A pair of printed retro sneakers like these by Marc Ecko will keep the casual-cool vibe going on.
Finally, finish the outfit with a bold statement necklace that features eye-catching details. This one by Forever 21 fits the bill, with shimmering beads and large feathers.
