This clip from the TV show WifeSwap features an adorable kid named Curtis. Curtis then has a meltdown when his new "mom" throws away the bacon from the refrigerator. We don't want to spoil it for you, but let's just say Curtis is mad as hell and he ain't gonna take it anymore. We don't know where we can find ourselves a Curtis or what, in fact, he's got in his blue suitcase (more bacon, perhaps?) but his outrageous statements ("She can't run in those little high heels!") and complete lack of respect for parental authority reminds us of how we get when somebody steals our last Twix. I do not think that this kid was disrespectful. He is a very decent kid because he walked away, closed his room door and then said his comments. Some kids and even teenagers are blatantly disrepectful and would be disrespectful to an adults face, this kid said what he said in his own privacy. It was not his fault that cameras are following him everywhere, which was probably more aggravating. That woman had no right to throw away the family's hard earned money because she felt like it. She was insulting that whole family and the little boy could not take it. While we are watching this on tv, this little boy is experiencing this disrespect. A kid should never feel that they are disgusting. The woman was wrong point blank. If I was in that position as the little boy, I do not think I would be so calm. Way to go kid.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that SuperNanny did give parents hands-on training skills and that was the purpose in her leaving for a couple of days and then returning to assess how the well the parents used their newly acquired parenting skills. It may not be an on-going training, but they receive some good tools to work with their children.

For one thing, before agreeing to do the show the parents needed to explain it to their kids. This child is an example of what complete morons parents are.
The child doesn't run the house, and needs to learn respect. He isn't cute he is fat, and will be another statistic of obesity in America. 39% of our children are overweight. If you don't want to do your job as a parent....don't have kids.

The kid was GREAT and CORRECT. He was intelligent, articulate and fed up with being abused, yes ABUSED by the attitude and obnoxiously rude mouth of the skinny food Nazi in high heels trying her best to run and ruin EVERYTHING in the house she didn't belong in in the first place. Don't blame the kids for a reaction you find objectionable after forcibly putting them in IMPOSSIBLE so called 'REALITY' situations. There is nothing real about it from the poor child's perspective or from any perspective for anyone possessing a brain. She was a totally unreasonable BITCH and should have been told off, more strongly that the kid did it. She had no right to do what she did under any circumstances and they only do things like that on those horrible shows to stir sh*t and cause trouble and controversy. It's horrible if you consider what they do to the kids involved. Is anyone stupid enough to think that sort of treatment would changes anyone's mind about the kind of foods they eat? All that supercilious ignoramous did was permanently cement the WRONG attitude about food in that poor child and his sister. She and the shows producers should be shot and the kid given a medal.

Really, this little boy was very articulate. He was angry, but he did not curse or use any vulgar language whatsoever. Kudos to the parents for his behavior! However, it is evident that he is a bit overweight. Maybe give him less bacon per serving, and fewer times per week, and get him to exercise more. He's a great kid!!
