A man in Sweden is using a breast pump every three hours in the hopes that he'll start producing milk from his moobs. Ragnar Bengtsson of Stockholm is trying to train his body to lactate. Although milkable men are not without precedent, male lactation usually only occurs when hormone treatments are involved; Ragnar's trying to go au naturale, which he says could be a "real breakthrough."
Ragnar has pledged to keep pumping away because "important for men's ability to get much closer to their children at an early stage" ... even if it means exposing himself during classes at Stockholm University, where he is a full-time student. (Well, we guess that's one way to get popular.)
According to professor of endocrinology quoted in "The Milkman," a documentary show that will follow the ("Meet the Parents"-inspired?) quest, it might actually be possible for him to make "a drop or two." In other words, just enough to taunt a baby.

I hardly believe that God would think it is an abomination for a man to try and breastfeed his own child. If his body does it naturally and God is the creator of his body than why would it be against God.

Babies need to suck! Babies have sucked on soothers, pacifier, nuk, tutu, susu, sookie etc. forever. What better to bond with daddy. If Mommy can be a milk cow then Daddy can be a big suss.

I'm sorry but thats wrong.. it just is. The fact that this man has this much publicity makes me fear for the childs future. I hope he understands what he's doing is, well for lack of a better way of putting it, it's sick. I pray someone talks some sense into him before he's ruined his childs life.

- feeding a child human milk = moral
- Look at the intention:
- getting closer to his child = moral
- Together action is MORAL
So please don't pull the religion card if you DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT YOUR FAITH BELIEVES IN

Really?? I am pretty open minded but I still can't wrap my mind around this one. Haven't you men ever heard of "Kangaroo Care"?? Damn, you are complaining that it isn't fair that mothers get to bond by breastfeeding, WE are the ones that carry those babies for nine months, WE are the ones that deliver them, sometimes being in labor for DAYS. And why do we do that?? Because GOD gave US the plumbing to do that. NOT men. All of my babies are pretty well bonded with their Dad. He helped to care for them in every way that I did, but when it came to feeding time he did it with a bottle. I think that this is a form of child abuse and these parents, both mothers and fathers, should be arrested and sent to counseling.

Shana I agree with you. Both of these parents-Not, should be sent to child abuse classes and the baby should be taken away from these two Freaks and put in protective custody. Hopefully with Normal parents. Sick perverts that they are and where is the child welfare association over there. Is the whole system over there perverted? See some people just need to be mentally evaluated and not given the rights to be parents, this is a perfect example. It's not legal for a woman to breast feed after a certain age of the child yet a man can try to nurse an infant? I think not. And he nurses squirrels? ok.. And Harold nursed the mice? Please dont add anything on this site in joking or trying to get back at someone in a funny way because they just might think you have a great idea and try to make it happen. I have NEVER heard nor THOUGHT for a man to nurse a baby. Gosh, when we were kids, we'd give a bowl of milk out of a milk container bought from the store to hurt animals. And how grand to let a squirrel which could have rabies be milked then little Jr be nursed..........HOUSTON!!!!!!
