With UFC 101 and 102 happening last month, we've been a little obsessed with MMA lately. Thankfully, we have some readers who share our love, like identical twins Donna and Beth, who run the site Gal's Guide to MMA. They even gave our editor Laura Gilbert a shout-out the other day for a dip she made for UFC 102.

"We created Gals Guide to MMA because we noticed that there weren't really any sites out there that were geared toward women and the kinds of things women want to know about MMA and the fighters," says Donna.

The sibs think more women are getting hooked on MMA because the fighters seem like "real" men who participate out of sheer love of the sport, not an inflated salary. In fact, it was their mom, Marje, introduced them to the sport.

"She was always talking about the fighters and how much she loved MMA, and at first we couldn't believe it, but once we started watching, we were quickly hooked!" Donna said.
