For $599, JetBlue is offering the chance to take as many flights with them as you can between September 8 and October 8. But is that a sweet deal or a total ripoff?Maybe if you need to take eight or nine mini-trips to a bunch of places and be exhausted from travel at each one it makes perfect sense -- SmartMoney broke down just how much you'd have to travel to save dough (taxes are not included in the promotional price, natch).
We've got our own list of scenarios in which this airspace MetroCard makes financial sense:
* You're on the lam from the law but don't know how to drive.
* After a brief coma, you really need to catch up on last year's terrible movies and "Real Housewives" marathons.
* You consume $600 worth of Munchie Mix every month anyway.
* You're chasing John Cusack across the country because you looove him and know that if he got to know you he'd love you, too.
* One of your fetishes is for sitting for hours on a runway in a cramped plane, waiting for takeoff.
Tell us! How would you burn through that 30-day ticket?

Well, if you had the time off work and/or school, it could be an interesting way to get to know a number of places this company flies too. Growing my mom worked at an airline and as such got amazing discounts on flights. We'd occasionally wind up on day trips to different cities because money was too tight for a hotel. And when you're flying that cheap, it's cheaper and shorter than a road trip, hahaha.
