Advocates of "green" living are all about doing the little things to make a difference -- bringing a bag to the store, recycling and, of course, whizzing while you shampoo your hair.A recent ad campaign in Brazil is asking people to pee in the shower to help save the rain forest. According to the ad, if a household refrains from flushing just once a day it can save over 1,000 gallons of water annually. They don't mention how many trees would be saved by not wiping. The ad also features cartoons of all sorts of people peeing in the shower.
Most of the people whom we know who would go to this green extreme are the same kind of idiots who wear recycling shirts and put snotty bumper stickers on their Priuses. (Prii?) Could this be the beginning of a new era in which people pee in the shower and brag about it?

Ehem. I happen to pee in shower. I never really considered the environmental benefits until now. I really just did it because it was convenient.
I mean, you get in the shower, and a little while later you have to pee. You're standing there naked in running water; are you really going to get out, soaking wet, just to sit on the pot? You'll get water all over the floor and if you choose to use your towel then it will be all cold and sopping when you actually get out of the shower.
Or I suppose you could hold it. But isn't that pretty hard with all that warm water running down you're body?

You are one snotty bitch. I can't believe you are saying this crap. Everyone pees in the shower, and yeah, if it saves water why not, your in there anyway and can clean your self with soap and water, just think about how clean you will be. I hate tree loving hippies but that stero-type is the worst load of bull I have ever heard. Get off your gas guzzling, plastics loving, tree hating high horse bitch.

I don't really appriciate your calling people who recycle "idiots", and promoting environmental friendliness isn't snotty, its snotty to think you are above doing your part to keep this earth clean.
Also, "Erin", there is no reason to hate people you call tree hugging hippies. Do you even have the right to reprehend the author if you make such quick, cruel judgements about people?
