A woman in Australia is currently on trial for raping the best man at a bachelor party.If you're imagining the world's most Xtreme lap dance, that's not quite what went down. Stripper Linda Naggs has been accused of, uh, "breaching" a guy with a sex toy.

I agree with one of the others...was the girl or any of his buddies holding him down? Could he not get up, on his own, and walk away? He voluntarily got down on his hands/knees, took his own clothes off, and willingly bent over for her....when a few of his "friends" starting saying stuff and not believing that this guy was actually doing this, he THEN realized what he was ACTUALLY doing and got embarassed and cried RAPE! I was a rape victim and I'll tell you what, if there is ANY chance of getting away while you're being forced to do something you DON'T want to do, you will get away! I hardly call this a rape case. More like a man acting ridiculous in my opinion.
First off why did he allow her to convince him to strip off his cloths, and bend over naked in the first place. I don't recall him being force to do any of them things. And second how could he not know what she was doing behind him. Third his buddy's where probably egging him on. Forth, no one is gonna allow someone to force something into one of their body crevices without trying to fight them off. Fifth why didn't any of his buddies try to pull her off, and escort her out the door. Something sounds a little fishy to me. Just a guy having a guilty conscious. Probably not wanting his wife/girlfriend, and buddies to think ill off him for allowing such a thing to happen.
Ask yourself does this really sound like a case of rape?
