Favorite clothing items: It might border on impossible to isolate favorite pieces of my wardrobe. There's so many I'm certain I can't live without ... for example, my Carrie Bradshaw-esque white tulle skirt. It's the first lady of my closet. And recently, I have some unapologetic denim tendencies. Bleached, trashed, acid wash, studded or shredded... it's just ridiculously versatile.
Inevitably, my personal style often mirrors my writing style in that every morning during the blankly-stare-at-the-contents-of-my-closet ritual, I let all those favorite items stretch liberally across the imagination board and then sit back, anxious to see what I've created.
