Miss Teen South Carolina made a bit of a splash when she said some less-than-super-smart things about "the Iraq." She'd better start Vaselining her teeth, because she's got competition.

The young woman in this College Humor video visited a meeting of the Santa Cruz, Calif., city council and provided helpful suggestions for improving commerce, such as "We can be rich in cotton ... and silkworms," "We can make things -- things cars," "On the east coast, they have slaves," and OH GOD we won't reveal any more, we don't want to ruin it.
