He reveals his loathe of homophobia, saying, "I grew up around gay people entirely. I was the only child in my class who had any experience of homosexuality or anything like that." (via Just Jared)

Walter Cronkite was laid to rest yesterday at St. Bartholomew's Church in New York. One thousand invited guests remembered the late newsman, and Andy Rooney eulogized him. Walter died last Friday at age 92. (via Wash Post)

Jon Gosselin's supposed new girlfriend, Kate Major, has resigned from her post at Star magazine, stating, "I went to do a story on Jon and ended up falling for him."
