Oh, Sarah Palin, when will the world stop obsessing over your looks? Last week, The New York Times reported that Palin, who recently resigned as governor of Alaska, is so stressed out that her hair is actually thinning.

But have no fear! Today, Jessica Steele, Palin's longtime hairstylist from the Beehive salon in good ol' Wasilla has responded, and she promises that Sarah isn't going bald. No, Sarah's locks are just feeling the effects of the pressure she's been under as of late.

Find out Palin's prescription for hair health after the jump.

"I think the combination of traveling and just being down there in the lower 48 took its toll," Steele explains. "We needed to get her back to shiny.''

The frazzled politician was prescribed the Pureology NanoWorks line of shampoo and conditioner plus a leave-in treatment of Altieri Brothers Tuscan Oil. That's $48 for 10.1 ounces of shampoo, $48 for 8.5 ounces of conditioner, and $22 for 3.5 ounces of Tuscan Oil, adding up to a total of $118 for Palin to "get back to shiny."

But the value of healthy hair on a woman trying to reinvent herself? Priceless!
