Paula Abdul may not be back on "American Idol" next season, according to her manager. The former singer-dancer hasn't received a contract from the show's production companies after airing out payment grievances following her co-worker Ryan Seacrest's $45 million new deal. (via EW) Megan Fox had just as hard a time watching "Transformers 2" as everyone else. She recently told a newspaper that, "I forced myself to sit down for 'Transformers 2' ... I shot an entire glass of champagne so that I could get through it." (via Just Jared)
Madonna went to France to visit the families of the two men killed while setting up the stage for a tour performance last week. Eight other injured workers were also part of the meeting in Marseilles, where she would have Vogued to a sold-out crowd. The next stop on the tour is Madrid. (via People)
Jon Gosselin's quite the ladies man nowadays; he was snapped just after having dinner with Star magazine reporter Kate Major. The two met when Kate was sent to Pennsylvania to cover the Gosselins and decided to reunite in Jon's new home, NYC. (via E! Online)
Mischa Barton's new TV show, "The Beautiful Life," has been hit with a nine-day production delay, but insiders say it's entirely unrelated to Mischa's recent psychiatric hospital visit. (Yeah. Sure.) Rather, incomplete sets are being billed as the reason for the halt. (via Radar Online)

I HOPE she goes!! She adds absollutely nothing to Idol. The other gal made Paula really look dumb. With Paula every contestant is so wonderful, they are going "all the way", blah, blah, blah. Her main word when she is supposed to be criticing contestants is her tired and worn out "your vocals". Many times I thought her to be high on drugs or alcohol as she swayed about in her chair, stumbled trying to get up and dance when contestants were singing, etc. Paula has had her day on Idol, and it is time for her to move on.

DOES ANYBODY REMEMBER THE "IDOL" CONTESTANT WHO STALKED PAULA OUTSIDE HER HOME SEVERAL TIMES AFTER THE SHOW? WHY DIDN'T THE PRODUCERS SCREEN THAT CONTESTANT MORE THOROUGHLY? THIS WAS A LIFE- ENDANGERING SITUATION AND PAULA COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED!! THEY'RE LUCKY SHE DIDN'T TAKE THEM TO COURT OVER IT. BOTTOM LINE: PAULA IS BETTER OFF WITHOUT THIS SHOW. SHE'D BE A NATURAL FOR MOST OF THE CURRENT SITCOMS. I CAN PICTURE HER ON "30 ROCK", "UGLY BETTY", " TWO AND A HALF MEN",OR EVEN A FEW EPS OF "DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES".

I find your comment about Paula's behavior on Idol incredibly ignorant. Paula was in a car wreck that severely injured her and she suffers from a disorder that causes chronic pain. Typically, in the event of events like these, people take pain medication. Taking a lot of pain medication can easily explain much of Paula's behavior.
