Actually even though I'm always watching the shows on TLC, I usually find myself either laughing at the people who are the subjects of the show or feeling a lot of pity for them. And I don't think that that's the way that anyone wants to be reacted to. While they do have some interesting shows that focus on important issues, most of it just seems to be plain exploitation. The whole channel pretty much revolves around the grossly obese, people who have too many kids, and midgets.

i'm waitin for the 650 lb virgin to come on TLC. This is my first time to see it. I do wonder why in the previews it looks like he is in a club. If he really is in a club, isn't that picking people on what you see on the outside instead of the inside? Maybe not, just seems like a bad place to test out your new self esteem. Look for friends first, then women you may want to some day call your wife.
