Beautiful Balloons doesn't exist. This is a video from Qualatex who is a balloon manufacturer. This is a training video that they were selling back in the 70's or 80's. Way before my time. Beautiful Balloons is a made up company by Qualatex. All of their videos are seriously out of touch with modern times. Even back in the 70's or 80's, this video probably sucked. I own a decorating company and we work with balloons and deliver them. If I did anything that this video teaches you to do, I and my employees would look rediculous.
