What quacks, swims and is part-robot? Thanks to her new bionic leg, it's Betty, a goose at England's Tiggywinkles Wildlife Hospital (ha).

When Betty was just 2 weeks old, she was found with a broken leg, but nobody had the heart to put her down because, well, look at her. Vets decided to perform an operation to give her a bionic leg using steel pins, nuts and bolts. It was the first such operation in the world.

Now Betty is up and waddling about, and hopefully she won't sink when she hops into a lake -- or become self-aware like the Terminator. Fortunately for us, she's not big enough to hold a gun ... yet.

Finally, a friend for Robot Chicken!
