Rebbie Jackson is no secret! It depends on the age/year of exposure to her "one hit wonder". I do remember her one hit and also around the time the video vendors made the game "Centipede" or at least the song made it popular for kids to play the game. She is a musician in her own right...however...she was not outshadowed by Tito....but by obligations to marriage, her little brother "Michael" of course, and even Janet. LaToya even got the spot light as well...but not necessarily in the realm of singing.

You know a thought just occured to me, how much would it suck to be born into the Jackson family and not be able to sing, or dance, or do something musically. Just imagine; "Yeah Michael and Janet Jackson are my Uncle and Aunt, but I really suck at music." That would be sad, everyone else can sing and stuff but you can't. It would be like Mumble in "Happy Feet", lol. Sorry just a random thought.
