I second David Tennant.... and would also like to suggest Christopher Eccleston - he doesn't get the love as he deserves.
Also all the men of Firefly.
I understand, maybe you don't know the BBC, and somehow missed David Tennant being extremely sexy, and you might neglect Firefly like so many other people, but...
How do you forget Han Solo? Where's Harrison Ford on this list??

I didnt agree with any of these. Where the hell was Han Solo? That one has to be obvious.
Also i kindaaa agree about Jensen Ackles, except for the fact that the dialogue he is given on supernatural makes him sound like a major douchebag. I dont really like supernatural. If i ever watch it i just turn the sound off and look at Dean.

All the names in the comments were right on; you missed dozens and dozens! How about a real obscure one...Robert Lansing as the alien Gary Seven in one of the original Star Trek episodes! He was sort of a James Bond type with a mysterious black cat.
