With the slew of summer sci-fi flicks with total hotties recently in theaters ("Wolverine," "Star Trek," "Terminator Salvation"), we decided to take a look at the geekiest of the geeks -- the sci-fi/fantasy lovers -- for a gallery of geek love. Enjoy, and leave any hotties we may have missed in the comments below!
Sci-Fi Guys Wed Do
Bradley Cooper and Michael Vartan, Alias: Jennifer Garner dated Michael Vartan in real life after divorcing her husband, Scott Foley (who she met on her first J.J. Abrams tv show, Felicity). Smart lady.

Christopher Lambert, Highlander: Okay, so he looks a little date-rapist here, but he was a total hottie in his heyday. We swear.
Getty Images
Adrian Paul, Highlander [TV series]: We love you and all Christopher, but Adrian sure does take the sci-fi hottie cake.
Getty Images
James Marsden, X-Men: Something about the whole shooting laser beams out of his eyes...turns us on.
Getty Images
Jeff Bridges, Star Man: It may be hard to believe now, but there was a pre-"Dude" and he was, infact, hot.
Getty Images
Johnny Depp, Edward Scissorhands: The sexiest of the sexy, dark, sad-sack Tim Burton characters. And he's played most of them.
Getty Images
Keanu Reeves, Matrix and Johnny Mnemonic: Exudes that sexy, sleek smart.
Getty Images
Christopher Reeve, Superman: We loved him best as sexy dork Clark Kent.
Getty Images
Lee Majors, The Six Million Dollar Man: The sci-fi version of Indiana Jones.
Getty Images
Matthew Fox, Harold Perrineau, Josh Holloway, Lost: We'd be cool getting stuck on an island with these guys anytime.

Oooo!!! Totally! I had a huge crush on Robert Duncan McNeill. And my sister's first crush was on Jonathan Frakes...I still tease her about that.

Spot on with Zachary Quinto. He's the only reason I watch Heroes and the reason I have seen Star Trek 2 times and probably a third!

It's been my experience that smart guys who wear glasses and play guitar are everywhere, have varying interests, and often don't know a frickin' thing about Sci-fi. Most of my friends are sci-fi geeks, and not a single one has enough coordination or time outside of the internet to even look at a guitar, and some of them--let's be honest--are pretty dense. Lol!

You can't forget;
David Duchovny - Mulder, Mitch Pileggi - Skinner, Nicholas Lea - Krycek, The X-Files
Adam Baldwin - Jayne, Nathan Fillion - Mal, Alan Tudyk - Wash, and Sean Maher - Simon, Firefly/Serenity
Jamie Bamber - Apollo, James Callis - Baltar, Tahmoh Penikett - Helo, and Michael Trucco - Anders, Battlestar Galactica
David Boreanaz - Angel, Alexis Denisof - Wesley, and J. August Richards, Angel
And duh - Jensen Ackles - Dean, Jared Padalecki - Sam, Jeffrey Dean Morgan - Papa Winchester, and Misha Collins - Castiel, Supernatural
I think I'm going to even add Chuck because Zachary Levi as Chuck is just too cute to ignore, and of course Adam Baldwin would make a second appearance on this list as Casey, Ryan McPartlin as Captain Aweson, Joshua Gomez as Morgan, Mattew Bomber -Bryce Larkin, and Scott Bakula as Papa Bartowski (and who also was in at least 2 other Sci Fi series - Quantum Leap - Sam, and one of the Star Treks.)

Okay - first off - James Marsters as Spike on Buffy. *ferel growl* and as Brainiac on Smallville (let's forget the Piccalo travesty from Dragonball: Evolution...)
Smallville hottie Michael Rosenbaum as Lex Luthor. Oh! And my ultimate Disney crush Lee Thompson Young (Victor "Cyborg" Stone on "Smallville", Jett Jackson/Sliverstone on "The Famous Jett Jackson")
And if you want a TRIO of hottness (and sexy 51st century pheromones) - John Barrowman, Gareth David-Lloyd, and James Marster (again) as Captain Jack Harkness, Ianto Jones, and Caption John Hart (respectively) in "Torchwood" A girl's gotta love her yaoi!

Aww, no Lord of the Rings hotties? We can't forget Viggo Mortensen, Elijah Wood, Billy Boyd, Dominic Monaghan, and (probably one of the most notable) Orlando Bloom!

Because Lord Of The Rings is fantasy, not science fiction.

Oh my word! Yes, where is the LOTR cast? The Lord of the Rings is the ULTIMATE nerd book and movies, even though it is fantasy and this list is for sci-fi. But still! =D
And you forgot Karl Urban and Sean Bean, lol.
