A federal judge on Thursday overturned a guilty verdict against 50-year-old mother Lori Drew, the woman many consider responsible for the 2006 cyber-bullying death of Missouri teen Megan Meier. Drew used MySpace to pose as a 16-year-old boy named Josh who flirted with and then taunted Megan. Writing as Josh, Drew told Megan that "the world would be a better place without you." Hours later, Megan hanged herself.

Drew was originally found guilty of three misdemeanor charges and was scheduled to be sentenced today, but the judge dismissed the charges.

What do you think? Is Drew responsible for Megan's death or should she be let free? Tell us in the comments.
